What people across the internet say helped
I’ve been having a ruff couple of weeks and sitting here alone in my dark room doing this helped relive my stress and I actually cried I haven’t felt this relived in along time— @isaiahlopez2143, on youtube
I listen to this every single day and it helped me so much. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for making such a calming guided meditation.— @JackStitch, on youtube
Not me using this before tryna shift realities
Quick question have any of you shifted yet?— @seegoose6331, on youtube
I stopped smoking three months ago and since then became more aware about my breathing and started different breathing techniques. This episode is just what I need to listen right now. Thank you Dr. Huberman. Since I follow your podcast I became more aware and conscious about my health and your knowledge helped me a lot to improve myself and will even more help me in the future. 🙏🏽— @rahela2801, on youtube
You’re not alone. My therapist recommended the book “how to keep house while drowning” by KC Davis to me and I swear it changed my life. It’s written by a woman with ADHD and I swear it helps. She even wrote it in such an approachable way that she tells you to skip certain chapters if you need to. Your experience is so valid and so common among us.— u/etherealvyre, on reddit
@nickcammarata Gotcha. Are there any resources you'd recommend I check out regarding the jhanas? All I've done is breath awareness meditation and I'd love to dive deeper.— @onathjan, on x
