What people across the internet say helped
@thsottiaux It helped me get on track with an anti-inflammatory diet to lose 40lb, get an autoimmune disease under control naturally with Whole Foods and lower my inflammatory markers to normal. Also, I was able to create my own app with zero experience and that felt like an accomplishment.— @KaceysKhaos, on x
@txgermanbre Go full bore on an anti-inflammatory diet. It is NO FUN but it helped me immensely with my own inflammation and has helped another friend who suffers from RA. It’s awful, it’s tedious, it’s boring but it can make a measurable difference. I mean eliminate ANYTHING Inflammatory.— @MarinStrade, on x
Late night eating is one of the most underrated health destroyers.
Eating heavy meals right before sleep affects:
• Digestion
• Sleep quality
• Fat storage
• Blood sugar control
Your body is meant to repair at night, not digest heavy food.
Try finishing dinner 2–3 hours before sleep and 20min walk after dinner .
Better sleep, better recovery, better fat loss.— @SurajKumarxz, on x
@DrDoyleSays Walking meditation helped me tremendously in allowing myself to experience presence without the influence of devices, information, talking heads, and all the distractions inherent to the setup of our world.
When I walk, time stops and the flow of presence takes center.— @john_hilarious, on x
Mindful walking combines movement with mindfulness by focusing on your breath, steps, and environment. Research has found that people who practiced this for a month experienced less stress and better mental health. It’s a correlation, but worth exploring—why not start your own mindful walking practice today?

Hi! This sounds like a hard time in your life but it looks like you are taking positive steps! I often find that sleep meditation with structured breathing helps me fall asleep and a weighted blanket helps me stay asleep when I am struggling mentally. This helps with the puffiness and skin tone too! Your skincare routine looks good and I agree with the other comments!— u/NorthernPardener, on reddit

- What helps with Work Burnout?
- The approaches people most often describe helping are meditation, sound, yoga and breathing. Which one fits depends on whether you need something in the moment or something that shifts the pattern over weeks — the list on this page is ordered by what people said actually worked for them.
- Which approach works best?
- There isn't one answer that fits everyone. The approach with the strongest backing here is "20 Minute Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) to Restore Mental & Physical Energy | Dr. Andrew Huberman" — a meditation practice. Most people try two or three things before they find the one that suits them.
- How long before it starts to help?
- It depends a lot on the approach. In the experiences people share publicly, breathing techniques are usually described as working within minutes, in the moment. Meditation, yoga and changes to what you eat get talked about over longer stretches — people typically describe giving them days or weeks before judging whether they helped.
- Can it be managed without medication?
- Many people find real, lasting relief through self-guided practices, and everything on this page is ordered by what people living with work burnout said actually helped them. That said, for clinical or severe presentations, professional guidance alongside any self-care approach is always recommended.
- What evidence is behind these?

- Is this medical advice?
