What people across the internet say helped
I’ve had so much happen to my life, I have anxiety to the point where I feel like I’m going to die. Sadly I’m only 20, this has helped me so much, I really need an awakening. God bless you— @chastidyjordahl3874, on youtube
Me! Still using this daily as a meditation tool! Its been 6 years and I still think this is the best guided meditation on YouTube! Possibly the whole internet!— @cherchrevolt174, on youtube
Thank you for this. Every so often I get feelings of derealization caused by flashbacks and usually I have to fall asleep with all my anxiety and wake up all over again. It's been getting more and more difficult to fall asleep so I can reset when this happens and this meditation has calmed the anxiety enough for me to feel safe enough to fall asleep. Thank you so much for sharing this— @vinxeance, on youtube
You may have saved my life. I’ve been struggling with an existential crisis and have been searching for any reason to be here. I did your meditation and was laughing to myself at the end of it! I know I may feel those fears and anxieties again, but I’m so grateful to have this tool. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing this. You are such a blessing to this world.— @Bee-hm4if, on youtube
Oh my God i literally like snapped back into reality after doing this thank you so much— @ronit7699, on youtube
I've lost count of the number of times this meditation has changed my entire day. When I'm anxious and panicked I stop and listen to this and when finished feel like a new person, feeling so full of peace and relaxed. I am eternally grateful to you.— @karenperticone9325, on youtube
