What people across the internet say helped
Journaling and meditation helped me to trace where it was coming from.— u/Katrose92, on reddit
It's a meditation program. Basically some guided meditation audios that you will make of what you will. \n\nI was in a similar situation as you and what you wrote really resonated with me. The Gateway tapes have helped me reorganize my concept of myself and how I interact with the world.— u/aesther_tesseract, on reddit
I had this often. It helped me to do a guided meditation for anxiety immediately upon waking. I’d select a meditation the night before so it’s ready immediately. You can find guided meditations for anxiety on YouTube, and on most mental health apps. (I use Headspace). These really helped me get past the morning, I hope it helps you.— u/Inpursuitofknowing, on reddit
@thsottiaux It helped me get on track with an anti-inflammatory diet to lose 40lb, get an autoimmune disease under control naturally with Whole Foods and lower my inflammatory markers to normal. Also, I was able to create my own app with zero experience and that felt like an accomplishment.— @KaceysKhaos, on x
@txgermanbre Go full bore on an anti-inflammatory diet. It is NO FUN but it helped me immensely with my own inflammation and has helped another friend who suffers from RA. It’s awful, it’s tedious, it’s boring but it can make a measurable difference. I mean eliminate ANYTHING Inflammatory.— @MarinStrade, on x
@bennyjohnson This helped fix my severe anxiety. Exercise, fasting, diet, hydration, sleep, spending time with loved ones, purpose.— @Baroni_88, on x
