CBT books!! Reading has honestly helped me a lot more than therapy has in some aspects. Look up Feeling Good the New Mood Therapy. It's long, but it's much easier to wade through on audiobook if that's your thing. It addresses those exact thoughts and how to restructure them.— u/SunThroughTheStorm, on reddit
